Police department uses bands to bring awareness about drugs and alcohol

The police department will have an obstacle course set up using Fatal Vision goggles and a golf cart and Dusty, the RDP’s K-9 dog, will be there as well. Tables will be set up with information about drinking dangers, Internet safety and other teen issues and attendees will be given red silicone bracelets saying “Be Drug, Alcohol & Tobacco Free” to bring awareness about the dangers of using drugs and alcohol.
